Every order ships free — no minimum, no promo code. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the order total.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.
We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused items.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@perfumedupes.me with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
